About Drama Therapy

Drama Therapy combines improvisation, theatre techniques, and psychodrama to promote insight, creativity, emotional expression, and meaningful behavioral change.

These methods can support work with: Trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use recovery, identity and life transitions, group therapy and personal growth

This playful, embodied approach helps clients move beyond talking about problems toward experiencing new possibilities.
