About the Workshop

“Pregnant With Yourself: The Paradox of Becoming” is a 15-week immersive and  experiential workshop exploring the archetypal, spiritual, and psychological journey of becoming yourself.

Through somatic memory, ritual, creative expression, and embodied active imagination, we will enter a symbolic ritual space where what is hidden begins to emerge and take form. Guided by the metaphor of “being pregnant,” participants explore how a new way of being is gestated, nourished, and ultimately brought into consciousness.

Together, we will uncover intuitive wisdom, awaken creativity, and witness each other’s unfolding transformation through movement, story, image, and Therapeutic Ritual Processes.

Guiding Questions

What does “being pregnant with yourself” mean to you?

How do you trust your inner knowing when you have no words?

What part of you is still forming?

What fears emerge when you are in the space of becoming?

What prompts you to take a risk?

What gives you energy and power?

Therapeutic Ritual Process is a healing practice structured as an imaginative container for personal transformation. Rooted in drama therapy, archetypal psychology, and embodied creative practice, this process supports participants as they move through an inner cycle of incubation, emergence, and integration. Ritual becomes the holding space where participants can safely explore personal material, discover deeper unspoken truths, and express new ways of being in the world.

Learning Objectives

During this 15-week workshop, participants will:

Engage with symbolic and archetypal aspects of feminine development.

Reflect on internalized expectations and defenses surrounding your personhood.
