Wondering what makes a healthy relationship?

Experiencing guilt and shame?

Trying to rebuild trust?
This 6-hour workshop facilitates a safe space to explore relationships in your recovery as well as discuss ways to heal within yourself. This workshop will invite you to consider what a 'healthy relationship' might mean and explore ideas for change. The facilitators will use a combination of experiential exercises, the arts, and group discussions to support you as you discover, explore and heal from the loneliness, hurt, isolation, and despair in your relationship life.

About the Facilitators:
Sarah Harkness #62856 and Cheryl Leong #57731 are registered Marriage and Family Therapy Interns supervised by Armand Volkas MFT #28789 at The Living Arts Counseling Center in San Francisco. Sarah and Cheryl each have a background in working with addiction and substance abuse and are trained drama and expressive arts therapists.
